    clutch question

The clutch in my 89 325I is engaging right at the top. All I have to is depress the pedel less than 1/2 inch to engage it. It isn't slipping or any other problem. I'm just wondering if this is the begining of the end of the clutch?

    Thanks,

    Tom

It is pretty normal for the engage to be high, this is one of those things I'd have to "feel" to tell you.

If it holds and doesn't chatter or cause shift engaging problems you're probably fine.
