Any gains from swapping to i cams?

Just saw a set of used 325 "is" cams. Are there any benefits to adding these to an otherwise stock 323i head?

If the big port 323i head then not realy any real gain, I think they have just a tad more duration but It wouldn't be worth it.

no prob, if you search on the Yahoo m20 group there is some specific duration numbers for the 2 cams. IF the I cam was cheap I'd buy it and send it to Racetep to get reground to performance duration. http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/mod_m20/
