Engine running rough at low rpms

As of last night, I noticed my engine running pretty rough at low RPMs...it's like an intense vibration. I notice it when idling and up to about 1500 RPMs. I can even hear the roughness out the exhaust. After I get above that point in the RPM band, it seems to be running just fine. Doesn't matter if it's warm or cold though.

Any ideas on what this could be? Could valves needing adjustment cause this?

    check for:
    dead plug
    loose plug wire
    vacuum leak
dirty / dead / otherwise fucked ICV
I had a dead spark plug.

      Still having trouble... :curse:

Spark plugs are 3 months old, but checked and are all OK.
Had a loose exhaust nut, was leaking, but fixed.
      No vaccum leaks.
      Cleaned ICV.

I've noticed the last couple of weeks that my engine temperature gauge has been a smidge higher than normal, but I don't know if that could have anything to do with it. The roughness didn't even start until a few days ago. :?

I can't hear any pinging or knocking like something is broken internally, but I guess now is the time for the engine to go if it did, since it's going into storage for the winter.

Any other ideas on the cause?
      thnx.

Check all the connections, could be a bad coolant temp sensor as well.

or its your ETA Screaming let me die lol, mine does that sometimes, hehe, I showed it :p
