trip and odometer stopped working...help!

odometer and trip counter stopped working. what do i have to do to fix it??

You have to pull the cluster and get into the back to access the wax like gears that turn the odometer. If you are lucky you will only have to replace the small one, but sometimes there are others that are damaged as well. You can buy replacements for 25 bucks per gear or just get another cluster from a junk yard and rob them for an exchange. It can be a PITA either way but that is how you fix the odometer! I think if you do a search on this forum you will get a pictured how to from another member that has gone through the ordeal. Enjoy!

I just got odometer gears at odometergears.com. The guys are super knowledgeable and they have tutorials on how to change the gears on their website. Plus, their gears are cheaper than bavauto.com, etc. I would check them out.
