Not too sure about fitment!

Yeah so I'm currently interested in ordering a set of 16"x7" Rota Grid's. My E30 is rollin' on 14" Bottlecaps, and I'm pretty sure the offset is et35. So anyways, the specs on the Rota's are, obviously 16"x7", 4x100. The hub bore is 67.1, and the offset is et40.

The question is, will these fit? Yeah the et has a difference, but I don't think I would have to pick up some spacers as well?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

i have 16x7 rota slipstreams, with the et40 offset, rear fits fine, no rubbing, and front i needed 7mm ish spacer to clear the struts. however, inch or so spacers would make them look pretty good. also needed a hubcentric ring to make them not vibrate.
