brake light fuse breaks

1991 325i

Everytime I change the brake light fuse, my brake lights are ok for about 5-10 minutes, and then the fuse goes out again. I use a 7.5amp brake light as specified by BMW. Fuse 6.

Also the same goes for my right taillight and license plate light, fuse 23 does the same. Anyone know diagnosis?

bump, anyone have any idea? i've been getting pulled over every day.
