    nasty fuel filler rubber

    I was cleaning out 20 year crud from my car, and found this hanging down from the fuel filler:



    Replacement ready. My question is, what's the clear reservoir to the right of the filler?

            Ya, I got that part at Pelican, $8.25 under fuel & intake > fuel system > fuel tank and parts
