Trannie Probs

my other 86 325 that i got for the winter is having some tranni problems. when the car is cold or sits for a while and i drive it after letting it warm up, the trannie sticks in first gear. it usually won't change untill it is redlined to the nuts, sometimes i even have to bounce it off the rev limiter. but once it changes it is fine for the rest of the drive. no problems at all. I have done the fluid and filter and even tried warming it up in nuetral but it doesn't seem to make a difference.

I am going to assume its an automatic since you changed the filter and fluid.

You need to replace the transmission.
