clicking driving me insane

i have the exact same issue... and run my "ac" at all times due to my m30 swap and need of a fan at idle. I wonder if i could pull the relay from my eta. this is starting to drive me a little batty.

Sounds like it may be linked to using the ac switch for a fan.

My m52 swapped e30 makes the same sound. Let me know when you track it down.

Turned off "the A/C". Clicking stopped completely.
