    Weird Idle

Im not even sure how to describe it, maybe it's a problem, maybe its not

At idle, the RPMs sorta go between 800 and about 1000 back and forth slowly, and usually it becomes more regular at about 900 after a couple minutes. Also, when the RPMs drop when that is going on, it seems like the engine is a bit shaky. Also, when listening to the engine with the hood up, it sometimes sounds like one cylinder is ticking or missing or something. It might be just me, but it also seems like the car doesn't have quite the power it did when I first got the car on the road (around 3 weeks ago). :???:

The first things that come to mind are an intake leak, sticky ICV, or a combination of those. Other causes are a possibility, but those would be the first to address.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

What exactly does that involve? Directions or a DIY would be great.
