so my car is making a weird winding noise under the car cant really tell were exactly i think its the cat or o2 my car tends to lose power at around 3k 4k RPMS and its starts to die down not all the time just at random, its either that or fuel pump i think.could someone tell me what are signs of a failed fuel pump?

A failed fuel pump results in an engine that won't run. But a failing fuel pump or bad FPR can result in a loss of power at higher rpm. But then, bad plugs, bad ignition wires, bad AFM, clogged catalytic converters, etc., can also cause a loss of power at higher rpm. More diagnostic work will be needed to determine the cause.
As an FYI: the useful life of an O2 sensor is not more than 100k. If that applies replace the sensor. The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
