SS vs. BSP MAF kit

Hey guys im looking into getting one o these b/c the only full stand alone systems i have found are 4000+ so i feel this is a good economical substitue to work on my fuel curve. Has anyone used either of these kits with good/bad experience. What warrents the $400 difference? Thanks guys.

Don't there are cheaper alternatives. If you willing to do some wiring you can make your own kit, Buy a used Mustand 5.0 MAF of ebay(same thing SS uses). then buy an Apexi fuel controller or some other brand.
