on my sealed beams, my drivers side low beam doesn't turn on until I engag the high beams. Does this mean a faulty relay or do I need to check all the connections?

Fuses are fine.

it's a dual filament bulb... it jsut means that the low beam fillament burned out

the outer headlights (lowbeams) have dual filiments, low beam, and high beam.

your high beam one is fine, the low beam one is burned out, REPLACE IT.

It is 3 clips, 5 screws and a plug. Learn to change a light bulb. My two year old has my light bezels under the dresser because he figured out how to take the damn screws out.

it is not BS if you can't change a light bulb how the hell can you maintain your brakes? What if some stupid idiot that can't change a light bulb bought a car, or had his parents buy him one, then the brakes went bad and while he was on a message board trying to find out.... "does sparks from the wheels mean that the lug nuts are loose?"
