318ic Fog light wiring

Anybody knows if a 318 is pre-wired for the fog lights? I checked under the valance and did not find anyhthing... ANy help will be appreciated. TIA

I guess depending on year, a friends 91 did not have fog lights, but all the wires were there

checked mine and did not see any wire, maybe I just didnt look at it properly.
