I just finished my engine swap and after turning the car over a few times and getting nothing, I decided that my fuel lines were the first place to start. I unhooked the feed and return to make sure I knew which one was feed and turned the car over. Neither line squirted fuel. Shouldn't I have fuel comming out of one of those lines when I try to start the car? If so, any places I should start looking first? I've recently replaced the fuel pump and it was working fine when I took the old engine out, so that shouldn't be a problem.

Are you getting spark?
Make sure your CPS is hooked up properly. With no signal, it'll shut down fuel and spark.
If you have an OBC, make sure the wire from the OBC to the ECU is connected (the wire is part of the engine wiring harness and comes out close to the ECU to go to the OBC). If that wire isn't connected, the OBC can't tell the ECU that the car isn't locked out so the ECU thinks the code hasn't been put in yet and it will shut off the fuel and spark. Turns out I had the CPS and the other sensor that has the same plug next to it switched around. I hooked them up correctly and it started right up. It seems to be running a bit too hot now (between 1/2-5/8 on the temp gauge all the time, hit 3/4 a couple times) but otherwise is running great. It's a bit loud now too, but I'm hoping that could just be the gaskets between the exhaust manifolds and the muffler piping.
