Z3 1.9L complete shifter P/N's ?

Hey guys, this has been covered many times, I want to buy it but I'm not able to find the post where shows all the parts involved to do the swap. Teh washers, secure clips, whatever takes to make it right and have good parts on it, but all under 60-70 bucks I think.

I also heared the X5 shifter is a nice upgrade as well----!?
