    Should I get a 524td crank?

OK I got a 2.5 head, and a 2.7 block for it. got 10.2:1 cr pistons from racing dynamics. these pistons use 325i rods, so I got those. I'm asking though if I should get a forged crank? I'm gonna stay n/a, never gonna spray it or turbo it. I finally have everything I need, and as soon as I get the motor back in my winter car I'll pull the motor of the bimmer.

It's not needed but it can't hurt. Only do it if you get a sick deal on one.

Any of u guys know a website where I could inquire about an e crank, cause we never got them here in south africa, but our 325is did come as a 2.7lt but it came with a forged, crank, and is insanly expensive cause they have to order it from germany, new, and it's almost imposibble to find a second hand on, as it was a limited production car ?
