Loaned my car to a friend.. stupid I know. Got it back and it had a vicious clank when shifting into gears at low speed, as well as at higher speeds although its not as noticeable. Oh and when the car starts and is at idle, there is a high metallic rattling. No clue where from as I've been under my car to try and find the source of the sound. Ideas?

Yup goes away when the clutch is punched in. When I slow down there's another rattle altogether. FML man. One issue, then another, then another. Damnit, I definitely wanna resolve all this ish.
