On my 323i I just bought none of the lights anywhere on the dash work no cluster lights, ac lights, the turn signal lights and the fornt and rear fog indicators workbut no illumination or anything. The stock radio has been replaced with an aftermarket unit and I'm guessing the person that installed it messed up another wire to the lights. Behind the radio a violet with red wire and a solid brown wire are not connected to anything. If any of you know how I could fix this problem thansk in advance.

check your light switch. the resistor in it might be the broblem. I had the same thing happen to me in my 325i -
i had the same problem when i installed an aftermarket radio. ended up i grounded a wire to a live wire and it blew a fuse. check your fuses if its blown its probably the same issue i had.Comment

First thing I checked where fuses I'm gonna go test the lioght switch on my eta to see if its the switch or a wiring problem.Comment
