So I was scheduled to get my front fenders rolled tomorrow....I suppose the smart thing would be to cancel and try to make sure my car is 100% first.

I may just drive it around for 20 mins tomorrow and if its running fine take it to have the fenders rolled

Did the smoke come out of the exhaust and what color was it? If it is white smoke that means coolant is being burn and it could be a Head gasket issue.

This sounds like clogged cat, or could be a fuel starvation issue, both of which have been mentioned.

Yeah, considering I let is sit for an hour then I had no problems and drove it home leads me to believe its either a clogged cat, fuel delivery issue or bad gas/sediment in the tank.

Just took it for a spin and 4 miles later it was doing the same thing. I am leaning towards sediment in my tank or bad gas

I'll second Jlevie's theory. Bad gas is why I always buy from a very reputable source. If there are multiple complaints of bad gas from the fuel station, the repair is on their dime. Which means new fuel pump, fuel filter, possibly injectors, and a clean tank.

If it's sediment. . . .It sucks to be you. G/L
