Odd fog light problem, only 1 works

So the car in question is an 89 325i, it has the stock fogs in the valence. One day i notice the drivers side fog light is out so i replaced the bulb with no change. Then i noticed the bulb indicator on the cluster is not lighting up either. i verified with a test light that there is no power down at the bulb. I even changed the bulb in the cluster just to rule it out. So to summarize the passengers side fog works, the drivers side is out and the indicator in the dash does not light up. Thanks guys.

Fuse #29 protects the driver side fog light and your indicator in the instrument panel.

With the two-terminal fog light connector in the engine compartment, ensure the terminals are making contact with each other. I had one wire back out on me. Pushing it back in solved that problem.
