325es Axle Problems

So i got a new axle yesterday from a 325e and went to put into my 325es and when i go to tighten the axle bolt in the middle of the hub, when i tighten it down all the way the wheel on the driver side (side which i'm changing axles) locks up. The other side wants to spin but cant because of the LSD on the car.

So i was wondering, do i need to find an axle from and another 325es or am i just doing something wrong?????????

The axle slid in perfectly with not problems except for this random bolt to tight problem.

If you are saying that once the axle nut is tight that wheel locks up, I'd wonder if the bearing is bad.
