Can anyone tell me where these wires goes please.

so i swapped my cracked dashboard and now i have two wires and have no clue where they go.the whit one looks like its for a light bulb or something.The other one looks like a ground. checkout the pictures below sorry they are not too great.any input will be appreciated thanks in advance

the brown one is a ground that goes with one of the screws that hold the ecu on and the second one looks like the plug that is by the ecu i dunno what its for though

where is the ecu under the glove compartment?

correct. its the metal box with the huge wire plug
