Idle acting weird

My car idles ruff as if it were cam'd. I unplugged the idle control valve and the idle didnt change or spike up and down or anything thing. So i swapped the idle control valve and still didnt change. I have a 380 ecu chipped in place of the stock 153. Any suggestions on what could be the problem?
