sensor question

anyone have any idea on the voltage supply for sensors on a 95 2.5 m50? are they 5 volt or 12 volt? sensors in question are throttle position, crank and cam position, coolant temp, and o2. reason for the question is i'm wiring up a full stand alone, the car starts and idles, now i just need to wire the sensors so i can get it tuned.

TPS is 5v, crank and cam are a/c voltage pulse generators-voltages varies with speed, coolant temp should have 5v reference,
o2 sensor should switch between 100m~-900mv, some have 12v heaters. This pretty standard on most cars, should be accurate for this one. Jordan surely will correct if not.
