I've heard about 91' 318iS' having a light brake pedal. Is this a common "thing" for them?

As in the actual pedal made out of plastic? My 89 325i had that too.Mtech1 v8 build thread - https://www.r3vlimited.com/board/sho...d.php?t=413205

You need to bleed your brakes!
Or your master is fucked... Bleed first and if that doesn't help, pull the master and look for fluid in the booster.'89 325is S50 Track Montser

Yeah, they probably didn't bleed them. No one ever does, yet everyone should.'89 325is S50 Track Montser

x2, I change my fluid completely every two years or so. It can absorb moisture from the air and cause squishy brakes. The fluid could probably go much longer if it had to, but brake fluid is cheap and it's not too bad of a job.1984 528e 5-speed, Megasquirt-II Extra 2.1.0
