    6 electrical connections to neverland

So, im almost done getting my 87 325is together, but there's one branch of 6 connectors that i don't know what they connect to.

I know this is really basic question, but i've never seen a fully assembled M20 engine and have done the entire install blind. i bought the car with nothing more than a block under the hood and have figured it out from there.

Any help is greatly appreciated no matter how basic. (I accidentally pinched one and the clip fell off, just haven't gotten around to putting it back on)

If it's an '87, it has a pulse and a reference sensor in the transmission bellhousing. See if they are there and what they're connected to.

Also, since there's six of them, are they maybe the injector harness? Are your injectors plugged into the engine harness?

i dont think there's any sensors on the bell housing besides the reverse light. there's 2 female plugs on the injector harness that are the same color as the male ends of the temp sender and sensor (tan and black i believe)

are you thinking of the magnetic rpm sensor near the vibration damper behind the v-belts?

              Well, seeing as it's an 87, I wasn't sure.

                  I own an '87 325is.

I have done much work under the hood, especially electrical.

                  I don't recognize that plug.

Noticed in the last picture none of the coolant sensors are hooked up, maybe start with those.
