Why dont you try checking stuff and then posting and searching. Or do you not know how to work on cars. You got a nice e30 just try and figure stuff out dont look here for all the answers. It could be a number of things.

Why don't you try to not be a dick??

Is it shaking at idle or all the time? Does it shake just when you start it up, or after it gets warm, or both?
Sharking like that is normally something fuel / air related. Try cleaning your ICV with carb cleaner. Take time on the ICV, really spray the shit out of it, shake it around and spray more. While you are in there make sure that your intake boot does not have any holes in it.

I found that NGK work better IMO.

You may have broken a rocker arm and are running on 5 cylinders. Try adjusting your valves and while you're in there see if the rockers are intact!
