Symptoms: Car was running fine, so probelms starting. i woke up one day to go to work. car will click but won't turn over.
Dyagnostic: I tested the connections. The fat wire is getting 12v, and the skinny wire (on the bottom of the starter) is getting 9v when i have someone try to start the car. no fuses are blown.
Does this mean the starter is dead?
