Help me install my euro ellipsoids

I need help. I currently have sealed beams on my E30 and I purchase Hella euro ellipsoids lately. I need to know what kind of adapters i need for the install as i dont want to solder them. I would really appreciate it if someone who knows can provide the part numbers for all the parts i need for the install. Thanks in advance.

Maybe I wasnt too clear. I know how to wire it. I dont know what plugs I need. The write up you linked me to shows you how to install but doesnt have any parts indicated.
