    Central locking/double locking

well first off... how exactily does the double lock feature on the central locking work... i understand that when you turn the key on the drivers door horizontal you cant pull the pulls to unlock the car(aka smashing a window doesnt let you get the door open)... however how is thos feature activated??? is it via a wire that say a DEI alarm could activate??? or is it some sort of mechanical thing...

if possable id like to add this feature to my alarm since ive had my window smashed in once and using the key is irratating so if its possabel to wire it up that would be super.... anyone done this???

    thanx guys

Grid A 38 looks like the switch, if so just wire the wires to your aftermarket system with this switch in line, so when the door is double locked it will open the switch making the central locking inoperable. The control unit May send voltage to the knobs so you can't pull them up. So I'm not 100 % positve how it works.
