Quck question, are there supposed to be nuts where the red arrows are pointing? Is there supposed to be a ground strap or just nuts tightened? They look like M6, am I right? Need to know before I pull the cluster out again to change SI batteries.

Yes there are supposed to be 7mm nuts on those. I just pulled my instrument cluster a couple weeks ago, because my fuel guage was not reading properly. Pulled the cluster, and there was not nut on the stud/bolt. Autozone, 7mm nut, put it on, and now it works properly. You should have one on each. There is supposed to be a washer as well, but Autozone didn't have the washer to fit, so I just put on the nut. Works fine.

Thanks, turns out someone pulled the cluster before, diidn't know if they simply removed the ground straps. I'll pop by canadian tire on my way to school.Comment
