I need a new ignition barrel, but am unsure whether one from a 325 would work in my 323i without any splicing. I would just install a start button, but that just doesn't seem right.

Kinda followup question, searched with no results.
Is there a secret to getting parts for the 323i or do I have to search for part #s and take a guess at what I'm getting? Not that I mind doing that, it's kinda fun and I have gotten "that car doesn't exist" about 10 times in the first week of ownership.Comment

Blunt can get most parts that you need. go to realoem and cross check parts. Not that difficult to get parts when you need them.Comment

Ive owned my 323i for almost 4 years and never had any real problems getting parts. almost everything is interchangeable and whats not realoem and my main man at the dealer can figure out.1989 325i Alpine s52 coupe
