Fuse 24 keeps blowing help please

Could anyone tell me why you think fuse number 24 keeps blowing out?

I did my thermostat again yesterday and when i went to run my car around alot of lights were out. That was the fuse out and replaced it and everything was fine. Then when i went to leave work it blew again right as i turned on the lights. Confused?

Well... Just found it out a kinda hard way.

I had hardwired a deck in about a month ago. When i was trying to tuck my rear bumper... One side wouldnt go in so i smashed it good a couple times ( still didnt go in by the way? Any help??) in doing so i must have let loose my ground wire.

Was driving and a bunch a smoke came out and immediately disconeccted the battery. Pulled my deck and saw the ground melted all the way to the deck from where it used to be mounted too. Now my dash doesnt work. I hope its just fuses:sad::sad::sad::sad:
