Sunroof Question

I need to know how to remove the plastic rails or gates that the sunroof attaches to from the slider on my sunroof, they are cracked. The pin that goes from the slider into the gate is what I need to separate so I can attach my new ones. Help!

First off take out your seats, trust me it will make this job 10 times easier.

Now are you talking about the sliding rails that the cables are attached to?

If so it is fairly straight forward, just do one side at a time so you can look at the other side for comparison when reassembling if you forget where things go.
