Oh. Forget about the brights. They're almost as bright as HIDs, which it seems every ricer with 2 pennies to rub together has. You're not bothering anyone overmuch.

Low Beams, including HID's have a dispersion pattern that is ment to not blind other drivers. Highs, however, are ment to flood light all over the place. So while the two may have the same lumens, highs are a hazard.
