fuse #10 keeps blowing and no turn over

like it says. the other day the car was having trouble starting (trouble turning over like the battery was low) so when i get out of my next class the car is completely dead. i proceed to take test the battery and its ok. so i roll it down the hill and pop the clutch and it still doesnt start. i am going over things today and the #10 fuse keeps blowing.

any one have some ideas?


-the starter is new
-battery/alternator is good

i thought it might be the ignition switch but that doesnt explain the fuse blowing every time i turn the key past the accessories postion.

well i figured it out today after class. when i did the 5speed swap in my car the the wire that i looped so the car didnt think it was in park had a wire casing split and was bumping the cig lighter power wire. so that solved that but i still have no start which i figured out is completly different problem. so tommorow ill will check the ingition switch and starter when i get a volt meter.
