Would everything from a 323i swap over to a US 318 without modification?

Just want to double check before purchasing and I only have till tomorrow morning to decide.

Full drivetrain and suspension, bumpers, valence, sideskirts, seats, check panel, manual sunroof, manual windows. What wouldn't be a direct swap?

Thought about it more, the only parts I'm really wanting to swap are the engine, tranny, diff etc. and the euro bumpers, bbs valence, hand crank windows and sunroof.
