Usully runs great cooler outside temps.During and after warm up,engine surges and power sags under moderate and full throttle.
Vacumn gauge actually gains .2 or.3 during surge-All fuel related components are BMW new-tank,pumps,injectors,regulator,hoses-etc
Cleaned ICV,conditioned changed,but now idle hunts 1100 to 2000 rpm.s.
Can the ICV cause manifold vacum fluctuation even off idle,this may explain my issue.
