Cruise control speed pickup wire on cluster

I just got a cruise control system but the single blue/yellow speed pickup wire is cut. Which of the 4 pins on the cluster does this go? I do not have the green plug either so I'll have to pin it into the single hole.

Just got the dash apart and it does have the green plug. I guess I'll just hook it up to the A terminal like the writeup says.

The green plug has I believe 4 pins on it that go inside the cluster, now on the outside not ALL of the pins go to the same thing. You can use the DMM to verify this.
