Interior lights flicker when turn signaling

Whenever I have my interior lights on (head lights included) and I turn on a turn signal, almost every amber colored light slightly, ever-so-slightly dims as the signal turns on (think of the clicking of the signal relay)

I notice this the most when I look at the clock, it gets slightly dimmer each time the green signal light is flashed. It's not bad enough to where it would affect anything, but I wanted to know if this was a warning of problems to come...
