    Where is the DME relay?

Is it in the smaller box that is towards the frontend from the fuse box. If so, there are three relays in there, which one is it. Haynes is not very clear on this. I think i need to get bentley manual already. Is there a .pdf floating around?

I believe the main relay is the one closest to the front of the car!
The difference between porcupines and BMWs is that porcupines have the pricks on the outside!

The factory configuration should have the main relay closest to the front of the car, the fuel relay in the middle and the O2 heater relay closest to the fire wall. But, since the relays just clip into the holder it is possible that they could have been shuffled around. The main relay is the only one that uses three contact pins (it is a 5-pin relay) and can be identified that way.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
