difference between drum brake bearings and disk

well my title made no sense, but i have to replace my rear wheel bearing on my 85 318i. So I have drums in the back, are the bearings the same as the cars w/ disk breaks?

Also how much harder/easier to replace wheel bearings in drums/disks cars?

All E30s use the same rear bearing.
