    just random question, is brake fluid flammable?

      rusty stuck brake lines. thinking torch would help undo them. but don't want fluid to burn up my car if it is flammable.

        oh ok, i see what you're doing. i honestly dont think so, but im not 100% sure.

        just drop a little on your driveway/garage floor and then try to light it to see

          According to this site:http://www.co.missoula.mt.us/wq/HHW/...rake_fluid.htm "Brake fluid is a flammable product, which contains 80-85% solvent in the form of glycols (methyl, ethyl, and butyl ethers of ethylene glycol) "

          But you can usually heat them without a problem, just not too much.
