    I'm not sure about the 87, but my early eta had two crank sensors in the bell housing. Make sure those are present and plugged in.

    Sounds like you're getting fuel....you have spark right...

      I mean honestly just getting ones that you know work is the easiest way to test them. If the AFM is unplugged or bad the engine will idle super rough and want to die. The coolant temp sensor is $7-$20 depending on brand. I have no idea how to test the CPS or TPS, maybe there is an ohm value or something. But it seems like you're getting fuel, just check for something electrical, the sensors in the t-stat housing or something in the harness. Make sure all the plugs from the harness are plugged into the correct places. Make sure the computer is the correct and working.
