Seat shock question

Which seat shock is the one I want to replace so my seat backs don't fall flat on the back seat when I want to adjust them?

The diagram says that #5 is the backrest adjuster and that it is 'ended'.

Is there a superceding part number for this or something?

I think it is #5, my passenger seat does it too but it doesn't bother me enough to fix it. If you bring that part number to a dealer they should know if theres an updated number for it.
