    aftermarket wheel horn button

i bought an aftermarket wheel, and am waiting on the hub. is the horn button easy to wire or is there some sort of hack needed?

It's pretty easy, there is a brass contact ring built into the hub (if you got a momo one). It has one wire that connects to the factory horn button. You may need to add one more wire from the other side of the horn button to ground. Some buttons have the lead, some simply have 2 spade terminals... It doesn't matter which one goes where.

that was confusing. i know the factory wheel has a contact ring which touches the little springy metal deal on the column. do you have a picture by any chance?

Ah, it's really not confusing at all, but I don't have a pic.

Just install the hub and tighten the nut. There is one wire leading off it. Hook that wire to the horn button. If there is another wire or tab on the horn button, ground it by using the fitting that comes with the momo hub. Done.
