Quick Door question.

K so i just got my (Euro) 323. (will be posting pics up as soon as i can get a camera) The Passenger side door actuator is stuck. Also the door control unit is funky anyways so my dad was suggesting just take out the actuators and control unit and leave it as manual. I have a friend that wants to go for a quick ride in it in about an hour or so, im wondering if there is any tricks to getting it to unlock if the actuator is stuck, or just need to take door panel off? Thanks :D

dont make it manual its not a cheap Japanese car nor a poorly made American car
