    Blowing lots of smoke!

Well when i put the turbo on i got a custom exhaust made all the way out to cat-back, so it 'Y's out from 1 pipe to two pipes into the brullen muffler...so i dont have any cats....i also did the Mustang oxygen sensor around the same time. well at idle my car just bellows smoke out the tail pipe...maybe while driving too, but i cant tell. Is this just because the lack of a cat?

    smokin!

well you kinda need to tell us what color smoke. In general its like this:

    Blue Smoke = burning oil
Black smoke = running too rich
White smoke + smells like coolant = you guessed it, burning coolant.
White smoke + cold temperature = normal condensation

Maybe your car runs rich and the cat was cleaning this up, now you have no cat to burn this off?

Is it heavy smoke? You smell any sweet from your muffler?

        How much boost you're running?

not boosting yet, up-pipes still need to be made, the turbo is attached and spooling though... as to if the smoke is heavy or not...i would say its about medium as oppsed to just bellowing out...not sure about the smell..i may go give it a good flogging and maybe burn out anything in the tail pipes that was left there when i was running without the o2 sensor

apparently, that worked...i went and beat the shit out of it and the idle improved...the smoke went away...and it showed two more hg/inch vacuum on the boost gauge. ; )
