Humming noise

Basically when i go over 65km/h i get a humming noise from the rear of the car. I am assuming it is the wheel bearings but just wanted to check to see if there are any other known problems that produce the same noise.

if it is whiny at all it could be the Differential.

humming coming from the back...um...i have that same problem on my 318is but i know its the differential support. although i had something similar on my old e30 too and turned out to be the driveshaft

I have the same noise when im on the freeway..loud n annoying humming noise...
Its your wheel bearing..
